Based in downtown Taipei, the In Motion Asia team is comprised of a small full-time team of motivated professionals who excel in their areas of expertize.

In Motion Asia is the brainchild of Cam McLean. Originally from New Zealand, the home of adventure sport, Cam has been living and working in Asia since 1993. After completing a degree in Project Management with distinction (Dean's Scholar) and taking part in adventures throughout Asia, Cam settled in Taiwan in 2003 where he started In Motion Asia.
In 2016, In Motion Asia expanded to Thailand with a 2nd office in Phuket, delivering corporate and adventure programs country-wide.
In 2017, In Motion Asia started working with elephant welfare projects with Cam helping set-up & manage the Elephant Retirement Park Phuket and a second park in Phang-Nga opening in early 2018.
Prior to working in the travel & events industry, Cam was part of management teams working on some of the biggest construction projects in Asia valued at millions of dollars. It is here that he refined the skills required to ensure an event runs smoothly, on budget, to the quality specified, and of course in the safest manner possible.
With extensive local knowledge of Taiwan, Thailand & Asia, strong Mandarin language skills together with a keen eye for detail, Cam has designed & delivered over 400 Corporate & Adventure Sporting events throughout the region over the past 12 years.
Cam is also one of only a few people worldwide registered as both a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) & Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) ensuring a continuous dedication to enhance individual & professional development & performance.
Cam is an avid outdoor enthusiast and has completed in numerous multi-discipline, road cycling & running races throughout NZ, Australia, and Asia & has a strong passion for traveling & adventure. You can often find him training in the hills around Taipei or Phuket, organizing & delivering events or hard at work in one of the IMA offices.
Nancy Lin joined the IMA Team in the beginning of 2015 as our specialist MICE & Travel Manager.
A native Taiwanese with an International MBA degree to complement her English major from the National Chengchi University (NCCU), Nancy brings a strong background in customer relations, sales and VIP travel management.
Nancy is responsible for all inbound and outbound group and private luxury tours as well as managing our fast growing MICE services to a wide range of clients.
Nancy brings a genuine passion to her work, a warm friendly personality and enjoys a strong interest in the arts, nature and spiritual aspirations.
Anna Wen is at the heart of the IMA office busy managing our Accounting and Administration duties. She also ably assists with our Corporate & Adventure program coordination and the huge task of helping deliver the Ultra Taiwan each year.
Born in Taiwan with majors in Accounting and International Business, Anna furthered her education in the US with Associate Arts Degrees in Accounting & International Business Studies.
Anna has a passion for sports and swimming and is a certified Instructor for Rescue Lifeguard / American Red Cross.
Doney Wang joined the IMA Team in 2014 & provides valuable support in the roles of operational DMC bookings, program coordination & administration for the Ultra Taiwan Trail Running Event.
A Taiwan native, Doney majored in English and comes from a strong customer service & executive support background within the Taiwan banking and financial sectors.
Doney has a passion for music & traveling and enjoys meeting new people.
YenHui joined the IMA Team in 2014 as Special Programs Manager having previously assisted on a number of programs as a leading adventure facilitator. YenHui brings a huge amount of experience and is a highly respected & skilled outdoor educator & explorer with specialities in Corporate Teambuilding, mountaineering, river tracing, rock climbing, biking, sea kayaking, high ropes & bird watching.
Prior to joining IMA, YenHui worked with Outward Bound Taiwan as a senior director & program & risk management manger as well as designing, planing & leading programs for Eco Adventure Taiwan.
YenHui completed an MBA Masters degree in recreation & leisure management in 2011 & is a Leave no Trace Master Educator, National Outdoor Leadership School Certified Outdoor Educator as well as a registered Taiwan Tour Guide.
